Sign Up for Winter Coaching
The MVS Winter Coaching program starts Monday, December 11 with Strength, Mobility and Balance for Runners at Andover/North Andover YMCA, followed by Tuesday evenings for indoor track at Andover High School Field House,
The program runs for 12 weeks with options for one or two coached sessions per week.
The two programs will still be offered, but on alternate days of the week.
