This recipe is my favorite drink to have with breakfast or as a midday snack. It has a lot of fruit and it is a quick cold drink. It is great to start the day with lots of energy or cool off after an afternoon run.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 whole banana
- A handful of strawberries
- 1 teaspoon of honey
1. Place the ice, milk, and yogurt in the blender.
2. Peel the banana and chop off the stems on the strawberries.
3. Add the fruit and honey to the blender.
4. Blend everything until it's smooth.
5. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
