NANA’s NANA BREAD: (otherwise known as Banana Bread! )
Lauren’s recipe for banana bread, affectionately known as “Nana Bread”, is passed down from her paternal grandmother. It is EXTRA moist and mild enough to have for breakfast the day of a big run. It is also a great recovery snack.

Gather those ripe bananas and try this yummy recipe. Note the “special tip” at the end.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease and lightly flour a Bundt Pan
In large bowl fork together:
3 bananas
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 Eggs
1 stick of Butter (room temperature)
2 cups of sugar
In small bowl mix:
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Add flour mixture to the large bowl ingredients and mix together.
Pour into a Bundt pan and bake for 1 hour, or until the fork comes out clean.
SPECIAL TIP: when getting a recipe from your loved ones always get them to write it out.
It’s so special to have it in their handwriting.
