Twelve year old Abby is an avid runner in the MVS family and participates in Hosted Runs and the Super Iron Runner Series. According to Abby, the following recipe is “ a really great snack to have before or after a run. It also requires only a few easy steps to make it.” Looks easy and yummy! Why not give it a try?!
Yogurt Bar
Ingredients:
½ cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
¼ cup of blueberries and sliced strawberries
1tbsp of mini chocolate chips
Step 1: Place parchment paper over a plate.
Step 2: Scoop yogurt onto parchment paper and smooth it out with a spoon.
Step 3: Sprinkle fruit and chocolate on top of the yogurt
Step 4: Place in the freezer for an hour and then break into bar shapes.
