Need a push? Our Couch-to-5K team is here to help! This free program is a wonderful way to get ready for a spring 5K such as the Colleen Ritzer 5K race on May 5th, wherever you may be with your running. Participants can improve from week to week by staying consistent and getting in at least 3 workouts a week for at least 30 minutes per workout. You will be provided with workouts to be done independently. The start of the 8-week training takes place at the Town Park (municipal buildings) in Andover, MA. Additional locations will include the Bird Sanctuary. Training is coached and supported by Merrimack Valley Strider volunteers.
