 26th Annual
Lawrence Vietnam Memorial Run or Walk  4 Mile Road Race!

Sunday October 29th

  • The race starts and ends at the Claddagh Pub, 399 Canal Street in Lawrence.
  • There is an untimed 4 mile walk beginning at 10:30, and the 4 mile race starts at 11:00.
  • Long sleeved shirts for the first 250 to register, and a great post race ziti dinner!
  • Registration fees are $25.00 in advance (plus cc fees) and $30.00 on race day.  
  • There are awards for overall male and female winners, and all age groups to 89 .  
  • There are also Veteran, and Vietnam Veteran categories.  
  • All proceeds go to support local scholarship funds and Veterans organizations.

> You must be a current (dues paid) member of MVS for the year.

> You must be running/walking for MVS (and only MVS) in the race and wear an MVS singlet or other weather appropriate MVS apparel.

> You must be properly registered for the race (no bandits or unauthorized bib swapping.)

> You earn one point for each series race you complete. Super Iron Runner Series participation will be counted for in-person races only, unless race management cancels the live event.

> When two distances are listed above you can run or walk either distance for the point. When only one distance is listed above you must run or walk at least that distance to get credit even if the race has other shorter options.
