SIRS_23-4: Step Up for Colleen 5K

RACE DATE: May 7th
Opening Ceremony: 8:30 a.m.
Race Start: 9 a.m.

When registering, you can register as an in-person individual, as a member of a team, or a virtual registrant. 


The first 3,000 registrants will receive a t-shirt.


Registration fees are $25 through Pi Day, March 14th, $35 through May 4th, and increases to $40 for May 5th – May 7th.

Payment In Full In Advance Only
> You must be a current (dues paid) member of MVS for the year.

> You must be running/walking for MVS (and only MVS) in the race and wear an MVS singlet or other weather appropriate MVS apparel.

> You must be properly registered for the race (no bandits or unauthorized bib swapping.)

> You earn one point for each series race you complete. Super Iron Runner Series participation will be counted for in-person races only, unless race management cancels the live event.

> When two distances are listed above you can run or walk either distance for the point. When only one distance is listed above you must run or walk at least that distance to get credit even if the race has other shorter options.
