MVS Fall Coaching 2024
The MVS Fall Coaching program will run for 8 weeks starting September 3rd and finish on October 28th.
Total cost for the options is either $90 for 1 weekly workout, or $150 for 2 weekly workouts
Note: Those that choose either Monday or Tuesday sessions can alter sessions any week without registering for both.
Strength, Mobility and Balance for Runners:
- Monday Evening "Strength, Flexibility and Balance for Runners" session
- 8 weeks (8 sessions)

Track
- Tuesday Evening Track session
- 8 weeks (8 sessions)
- Fee = $90
Two Workout Sessions per Week:
- Participate at Monday Evening "Strength, Flexibility and Balance for Runners" session AND Tuesday Evening Track.
- 8 weeks (16 sessions)
- Fee: $150
Monday Strength, Mobility and Balance for Runners
- Dates: Mondays, September 9- October 28 2024
- Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
- Location: Andover/North Andover YMCA
Tuesday Track
- Dates: Tuesdays, September 3 - October 22 2024
- Time: 6:30 PM- 7:45 PM
- Location: Shawsheen Public Track, Andover
Monday Mobility
- Mobility work includes strength, balance, and flexibility. All three elements are crucial tor unning well, and most importantly, injury free.
- Our workouts last about 90 minutes.
- Workouts include work with tools such as resistance bands and balance pads to enhance skills for improving overall athleticism for better and safer running.
Tuesday Track
- Whether every run is a run for fun or you are trying to run your best marathon, our goal for Tuesday night track is to help you feel great about your running.
- Participants have the opportunity to work with knowledgeable coaches to help bring out the
best in themselves.
- Our coaches use science-based techniques to create workouts that will challenge but not intimidate.
- One of the best parts of track is the camaraderie that comes with every workout.
- You will be surprised and delighted with the results and motivation that running with others provides.
