Sign up for Fall Coaching
The MVS Fall Coaching program will run for 8 weeks starting Tuesday 9/3/2024 and ending on Monday 10/28/2024.
- Strength, Flexibility and Balance for Runners sessions will be held on Monday evenings (6:30 PM - 8:00 PM) at the Andover/North Andover YMCA
- Track sessions will be held on Tuesday evenings (6:30 PM - 7:45 PM) at Shawsheen Public Track, Andover.
Total cost for the options is either $90 for 1 weekly workout, or $150 for 2 weekly workouts (Track + Strength, Flexibility and Balance for Runners).
